WHEN TO USE IT

For team meetings (in person or virtually): Simply pick one question card at the beginning of your team meetings!

For team activities on D&I (in person or virtually): Organize a specific team activity on diversity and inclusion. The duration is totally flexible; we recommend 45-60 min, depending on the number of participants. Feel free to contact us for personalized recommendations based on your needs.

For your next convention/ annual meeting: you can offer a team activity on diversity and inclusion for the duration of your choice (you do not need an external coach/facilitator to use this game). If the participants are leaders/managers, you can offer the game to each of them so they can use the game with their team when they will be back "at the office".

HOW TO PLAY- INSTRUCTIONS

  • In person: Each of us is invited to take turns drawing a card and reading it aloud.
  • Virtually: In turn, each of us is invited to read aloud the card drawn and displayed to the screen by the person with the deck in hands.

Yellow Card - QUESTION: The answer is shared by the person who read the question or everyone is invited to share their answer. It's up to you!

Striped Card - FUN TEAM CHALLENGE: Let's take on this creative challenge right away or let's extend the suspense by achieving this challenge within the next 30 days and then regroup to enjoy sharing your result!

100% flexible. A few minutes or a few hours. It's up to you!
